Standard Crane & Hoist LLC is looking for overhead crane technicians (electrical and/or mechanical) and for unskilled or inexperienced workers to fill entry level jobs.  We train people and give them experience so they can qualify for higher paying classifications.  The Standard companies were founded in New Orleans in 1909, so 2009 will represent our 100th consecutive year of service to the friends and families of our customers and employees.  We provide a very stable employment environment for our valued employees.  In fact, through Hurricane Katrina, no employee of Standard Crane & Hoist missed a single day's pay.

In addition to crane technicians, welders and tradesmen, Standard Crane & Hoist is also looking for top notch sales people who can demonstrate superior selling results.  You know who you are, and what you have to offer!  And we have a lot for you to sell to your customer base.

• Willing, but not required, to work overtime
• Capable of passing drug screen and background check
